Regional scale-up
From Morocco to the Southern Mediterranean
The Morocco implementation will generate a methodology, training package, safeguards, and lessons for adaptation by regional partners.
Designed for adaptation across the Southern Mediterranean
Scale-up pathway
Piloted first in Morocco, the project will be packaged as a replicable model - methodology, training content, safeguards, tool architecture, and lessons learned - for adaptation across the MENA region and the Mediterranean basin. Two complementary regional networks anchor this scale-up: the I4C MENA Hub for civic-space and digital-democracy reach, and EuroMedAI for civil society, research, and technical AI cooperation.
Piloted and tested with local governance actors in Beni Mellal-Khenifra.
First replication pathway with a Tunisian NGO partner ready to adapt the model.
I4C MENA Hub
Anchors regional reach across MENA civic space and digital-democracy actors, supporting adaptation in Arabic-speaking contexts.
Connects civil society, research, and technical AI cooperation across the Euro-Mediterranean for joint replication and learning.
